This is an opportunity to propose and develop a renewed approach and working method. Additionally, this role will support the marketing team with daily activities, including content creation and event organization, providing a great chance to engage with marketing and communication activities in a holistic way. Key Responsibilities: - Performance marketing & Analytics: - Collect and analyze performance data for online and offline marketing campaigns and events, by processing raw data from CRM, website and LinkedIn platform. - Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign effectiveness. - Update and maintain monthly KPI reports to assess marketing performance. - Propose improvements for KPI management to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Performance Improvement: - Identify low-performing activities and propose actionable improvement strategies. - Online Tools & Social Media Planning: - Execute enhancements on online marketing tools and platforms. - Assist in planning and optimizing social media strategies to drive engagement and conversion. Your profile and qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field. - Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal). - Proven experience in marketing data analysis. - Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI). - Skilled in CRM systems, preferably SAP. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
