We work closely with clients to improve visibility, increase sales, and maximize advertising ROI. Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Ad Managers to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in digital advertising, e-commerce, and performance marketing. As a Junior Ad Manager, you will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns while working closely with senior team members to drive measurable business results for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns. • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports. • Analyze campaign data to improve ROI and sales. • Coordinate with internal teams to execute advertising strategies. • Identify trends and recommend optimization opportunities. • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and reports. • Ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deadlines. Requirements • Graduate in any discipline. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory). • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. • Interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and online advertising. • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Compensation • ₹15,000/month during the probation period. • ₹20,000/month after successful confirmation. • Performance incentives up to ₹10,000/month.
