Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at our Neerabup facility.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Supply Chain, the Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are dispatched safely, accurately and on time.
Working closely with the Sales, Stores, Yard and Production teams, you'll coordinate transport, manage dispatch activities and ensure all logistics documentation is completed accurately. You'll be the link between our operations and transport providers, helping maintain high levels of customer service and Delivery In Full, On Time (DIFOT) performance.
Key Responsibilities
•
Coordinate daily transport and customer deliveries
•
Prepare transport and dispatch documentation
•
Schedule freight collections and monitor deliveries
•
Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal departments
•
Maintain accurate logistics records and company systems
•
Support the efficient movement of goods across the business
•
Coordinate inventory movements between company sites
•
Ensure all logistics activities are completed accurately and on time
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has a passion for organisation, customer service and problem solving.
You will ideally have:
•
Previous experience in logistics, transport, dispatch or supply chain coordination
•
Experience coordinating freight and transport providers
•
Experience preparing transport documentation and consignment notes
•
Strong administration and organisational skills
•
High attention to detail and accuracy
•
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•
Experience using ERP systems (Sybiz highly regarded)
•
Experience using Track-POD or a similar transport management system
•
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
•
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service
