What you'll do
• - Support the PLN Operation Intelligence team by analyzing operational data and identifying opportunities for process improvements across manufacturing and supply chain functions
• - Collaborate with cross-functional groups to implement intelligence-driven solutions that enhance visibility into production line performance and network operations
• - Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• - Participate in projects that apply data analysis techniques to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency within the PLN network
• - Work with engineering and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for intelligence tools and dashboards
• - Monitor key performance indicators and generate regular reports that track progress against operational targets and benchmarks
• - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying patterns in operational data that suggest areas for enhancement
• - Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies or methodologies that can strengthen the intelligence capabilities of the PLN function

• - Educational background in engineering, computer science, data analytics, or a related technical discipline
• - Demonstrated ability to work with data analysis tools and interpret complex datasets to derive meaningful conclusions
• - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• - Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities
• - Familiarity with manufacturing or semiconductor industry operations is beneficial for understanding the context of the work
• - Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
