Get to Know the Team The Robotics team at Grab is at the forefront of bridging the digital and physical worlds. We are building the next generation of autonomous delivery solutions to revolutionize the "first and last mile" of logistics in Southeast Asia. Our team sits at the intersection of AI, hardware engineering, and marketplace operations. We are a group of builders, researchers, and strategists dedicated to making delivery more efficient, reliable, and accessible through embodied AI and autonomous mobile robots. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform • End-to-End Ownership: Define the product requirements (PRDs) for a specific robotics capability, such as sidewalk navigation safety ormulti-floor delivery logic. • Drive Discovery: Conduct field research with merchants, drivers, and consumers to understand the friction points in current delivery workflows and translate them into technical robot behaviors. • Strategic Alignment: Act as the bridge betweentech hubs and our regional business stakeholders, ensuring robotics solutions align with Grab’s broader delivery efficiency goals. • Measurable Impact: Define success metrics (e.g., intervention rates, delivery time parity, cost-per-delivery) and lead a pilot or experiment to validate your product bets. • Deployment. Run the deployment lifecycle: site survey, installation, commissioning, customer training, and handover.Manage preventive maintenance schedules, incident response, spare parts inventory, and SLA reporting. • Process: Build and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and training material for internal techs and customer operators. #J-18808-Ljbffr
