SAP Analytics Integration Expert_ - ** Job Title**: SAP Analytics Integration Expert - ** Location**: Barcelona - ** Job type**: Permanent, Full time - ** Grade**: L3-1 **About Growing with us**: Sanofi is globally deploying its new back-office cross-functional system processes - covering Finance, SBS, Supply Chain and Trade across all GBUs - through the implementation of a Global ERP& Analytics landscape (SHIFT project) using SAP S4/HANA, BW4/HANA, Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert in SAP Analytics to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support in the areas of SAP Analytics for the new and the old legacy platforms. **Main responsibilities**: - Contribute to architecture design reviews, product roadmap and product strategy definition. - Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through system enhancements and changes. - Manage relationship with implementation partner(s) and internal teams. - Develop a good understanding of Sanofi business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key users and process owners. - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, break high-level requirements into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs, translating these into documented architecture solutions - Document systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, and job shadowing. - Support the team to develop, configure, and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements. - Support the development team with resolution of blocking issues and interdependencies and provide them architecture and design guidance. - Collaborate with other architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, ensuring coverage of operational, statutory, and legal requirements. - Business continuity comes first: in the event of a crippling incident stopping business operations, able to collaborate and manage the resolution as highest level of support within the company in their field. **_ About you_**: **Experience** - 10+ years of SAP Analytics experience doing ERP transformation in a business-oriented context, preferably in a global company. - Proven experience with SAP BW, Embedded Analytics (CDS Views), Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud, data integration and ETL tools. - Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents and support the construction of efforts and cost estimates. - Experience Integrating SAP ERP & Analytics with external systems. - Strong functional-technical knowledge allowing to make the best choices on interfacing technologies when defining the integration model. - Provide guidance to Data Migration teams with master data & transactional data loads. - Project management experience; continuous improvement skills and mindset - Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management. - Experienced in matrix driven project teams/organizations. - Able to provide supervision, guidance and coaching to more junior employees working in the same field. - Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and SAP functional modules is a plus - Knowledge of current ERP software trends in their area of expertise. - Knowledge of agile ways of working - Knowledge of AI ML capabilities is a plus. - Knowledge of Snowflake and IICS for integration is a plus. **Soft skills** - Strong appetite to learn, discover and share. - Excellent analytical skills: able to frame and formalize problem statements and formulate robust solution proposals clearly and concisely. - Able to work on complex problems under pressure and deadlines. - Autonomous and results-driven - Adaptable and open to change - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment. - Company-first mindset: able to put the interests of the company before their own or those their teams if applicable. - Role model our 4 values: teamwork, integrity, respect, courage **Education** - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. **Languages** - Fluent spoken and written English When joining our team, you will experience: If you have a passion for SAP processes and are looking for a challenging role where you can make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.
