The Manager, FCS MSAT is responsible for is responsible for leading a high-performing team of technical scientists and serving as a technical leader for Cytiva’s filtration technologies in Korea.

The role provides expert application support and technical guidance to customers and internal stakeholders while driving collaboration across commercial and cross-functional teams to address complex bioprocess challenges and support customer success .

This position reports to the Director-MSAT and is part of the Field Customer Support MSAT team and will be fully remote.

What you will do: Position Objective Lead Cytiva Korea BP FCS MSAT (former SLS) field support team and ensure that the team is executing its objectives Create followership by providing technical mentorship and coaching to FCS MSAT associates in the region so as to enable them to independently resolve customer issues and pro
