Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Specialist to join our growing team! As a Client Service Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and a strong understanding of insurance products and services.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service and support to both clients and internal teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

Respond to inbound calls for new sales and post-sales service Follow up with warm leads and provide email /chat support. Perform administrative tasks, including proofreading, research, and mailing. Handle miscellaneous tasks related to insurance agency operations.

Undertake other assigned projects to contribute to team success. Maintain and update client records in agency management systems. Contribute to continuous process improvements in client service delivery. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry. Insurance license: Active Life Accident & Health Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and terminology. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software (e. g. , Applied Epic, AMS360) preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
