UX Researcher

Role Title: UX Researcher Role Type: Contractor, Remote Location: United States micro1 is engaging UX Researchers to contribute their expertise to a customer's dynamic project, leveraging a deep understanding of user experience methodologies and design thinking.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work Conduct user research sessions to gather comprehensive insights into user behaviors, motivations, and challenges across digital products. Design, execute, and evaluate usability tests to assess and optimize the functionality and intuitiveness of interfaces.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design recommendations and product improvements. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to synthesize research findings into actionable user-centered solutions.

Produce clear and compelling reports, personas, journey maps, and presentations that communicate findings to diverse stakeholders. Suggest enhancements and best practices that align with current UX trends and accessibility standards.

Contribute insights that inform AI system training by providing real-world scenarios and expert feedback on user interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in UX Research, User Research, Usability Testing, and UX/UI Design. Proven experience designing and conducting both remote and in-person user research studies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and attention to detail. Working knowledge of
