Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, designing wireframes, mockups and fully styled UI components. Ensuring designs meet project requirements and standards, while maintaining visual and interaction consistency across the product.

Involvement in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements. Reviewing and improving current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.

Working in an end-to-end digital process, from research and ideation to visual design and handoff to development. Visualising ideas and inspiring others through interactive prototypes, design systems and UI kits.
