APPOINTMENT STATUS: EXCEPTED This is a Dual Status Excepted Service Technician position in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Non-Bargaining Position AOC 1: NG Employees at the Deputy Chief of Staff G6 AOC 2: NG employees in the Deputy Chief of Staff G6 AOC 3: NG Employees of the Pennsylvania National Guard AOC 4: All service members of the Pennsylvania National Guard (This includes M-Day Soldiers, Temporary Technicians and AGR Personnel) AOC 5: Individuals who are currently serving in another branch of service who are willing to become members of the PANG Military Grades: ENLISTED E1-E8 Supervisor for this position is 1SG Miller GS-09 $68,545.

00 - $89,114. 00 Developmental GS-11 $76,190. 00-$99,053.

00 *NOTE: Accessioning into this position is contingent upon verification of Secret Security Clearance GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training that has provided a basic knowledge of data processing functions and general management principles that enabled the applicant to understand the stages required to automate a work process.

Experience may have been gained in work such as computer operator or assistant, computer sales representative, program analyst, or other positions that required the use or adaptation of computer programs and systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09: Application must indicate 24 months experience, education, or training in analysis of the interrelationship of pertinent components of the system. Experience planning the sequence of actions necessary to accomplish the assignment.

Experience scheduling the sequence of programs to be processed by computers where alternatives had to be weighed with a view to production efficiency.

GS-11: Application must indicate at least 36 months experience, education, or training that approaches techniques and requirements appropriate to an assigned computer applications area or computer specialty area in an organization. Experience in planning the sequence of actions necessary to
