Job Description
At Agilitus, we’re not your typical engineering and design consultancy, we’re a people‑first community built on collaboration, shared values, and a genuine no‑blame culture. We believe the best solutions come from working together (and having fun while we do it!).
We offer three career paths, technical, project, and people leadership, so you can grow in the direction that suits you best. Progression here is based on ability and attitude, not years of experience.

The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic team member who is eager to learn and develop their skills in delivering accurate, high-quality design deliverables in line with Agilitus systems and procedures. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, confidently seek guidance when required, and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. They will contribute to the successful delivery of projects, ensuring work meets client requirements, Australian Standards, regulatory obligations, budgets, and project timeframes.

We offer competitive remuneration with incentives and paid overtime, generous primary and secondary parental leave, paid professional memberships, and mentoring from industry‑leading technical experts. We’re also proud partners of Engineers Australia, providing a supported pathway for engineers to achieve chartered status.
