Job Description

Junior-Mid Level Project Manager Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects across the organisation. The successful candidate should have experience working for a vendor or service provider, managing project activities, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. Key Responsibilities • Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams and other stakeholders. • Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables and dependencies. • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes and action trackers. • Organise project meetings and follow up on outstanding action items. • Monitor project risks, issues and changes, and escalate concerns when required. • Assist with resource planning, scheduling and budget tracking. • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and quality standards. • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management. • Support the Project Manager in managing multiple projects concurrently. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline. • Around 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management. • Experience working for a vendor, consultancy, system integrator or service provider is preferred. • Experience in API/Swift is preferred. • Experience coordinating with clients and internal delivery teams. • Good understanding of project management processes and documentation. • Strong organisational and time-management skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities and follow up closely on deliverables. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or similar tools would be advantageous. Preferred Attributes • Proactive, organised and detail-oriented. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Strong stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider project team.
