Mechanical Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to support mechanical engineering projects, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning in marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, installing, testing, and commissioning mechanical systems and equipment to meet project specifications Perform mechanical inspections and diagnose faults to ensure equipment reliability and safety Support maintenance, servicing, and repair activities for marine and offshore equipment to minimize downtime Prepare clear and accurate technical and service reports along with project documentation for stakeholder review Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to verify compliance and accuracy Coordinate project requirements and timelines with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution Conduct site visits, surveys, and onboard vessel inspections to assess equipment condition and project progress Ensure all work complies with established safety and quality standards to maintain operational integrity Support project execution activities to achieve timely delivery and enhance customer satisfaction Assist in managing inventory, identifying spare parts, and tracking equipment to optimize resource availability Communicate effectively and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals Demonstrate self-motivation and a hands-on approach to learning and problem-solving in engineering tasks Willingness to travel locally and overseas to provide project and site support as required Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline 2-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, maintenance, service engineering, or project engineering Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Office a
