Job Description
The Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Central Selection team is responsible for governing selection strategy and execution across Amazon's grocery portfolio.
We operate at the intersection of category management, - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience with selection strategy, category management, or space planning - Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Microsoft Access or SQL - 5+ years experience in business roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams - Passionate and knowledgeable about customer behavior
