Operations Manager(East)

Operations Manager Location: Changi, Singapore About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead warehouse and contract logistics operations while driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who enjoys managing large teams, improving business performance, building strong customer relationships, and leading strategic transformation initiatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimisation, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will: Provide strategic site leadership across warehouse and logistics operations Lead daily operations to ensure productivity, service quality, and operational excellence Drive cost optimisation initiatives , including labour, overtime, and third-party expenditure management Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and digital transformation Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and support business growth through strong customer partnerships Support commercial activities, including contract renewals and service expansions Lead Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects to improve productivity and service performance Manage operational budgets and support P&L performance Approve operational purchases, equipment requisitions, and third-party expenses within assigned authority limits Ensure compliance with workplace safety, regulatory, and operational standards Conduct capacity planning, manpower forecasting, and resource allocation based on business requirements Lead, coach, and develop high-performing operational teams Required Skills We are looking for candidates with: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and business objectives Knowledge of lease terms, pricing models, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
