The expected salary for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications . Specifically: • maintain, update and build vehicle factory orders and transfer vehicles into monthly allocation and various systems • review and confirm changes with Sales Consultants • record and track vehicle transactions and deliveries utilizing the dealership management system (DMS) • participate in the maintenance of vehicle inventory in the DMS • register new and pre-owned vehicles • perform vehicle licensing and administration • prepare vehicle transaction funding documents for the accounting department - clarify with accounting • organize and arrange dealer vehicle trades • prepare final delivery checklists for customers, to ensure all required documents and programs are administratively fulfilled • completed files to be sent to the accounting department for final processing • create and manage star attendant work schedules • arrange shipping of vehicles • maintain and update One-Eighty Delivery Schedule to ensure proper tracking of all deals • act as a back-up for Star Attendant and Sales Administrator • submit vehicle manual claims to region • generate various reports for Sales Management • coordinate scheduling filing of customer deals • coordinate and lead sales administrative staff • assist the accounting department with various tasks About you… Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in a luxury brand administration role, including: • 4+ years proven experience in a dealership administration role; luxury brand experience is considered an asset • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience • proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds) is an asset • working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel • fosters a positive work environment • ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written) • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic • ability to maintain professionalism • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision • self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution • a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment • a proven commitment to quality of work Why choose Zanchin Automotive Group?
