Job Description
Salary: £65,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:
• At least 5 years experience working with Salesforce across administration, configuration, support, and delivery functions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification.
• Demonstrable experience analysing business requirements and converting them into practical Salesforce-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, security architecture, permissions, roles, and sharing models.
• Experience supporting production Salesforce environments, including release preparation, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Knowledge of data management principles, including migrations, imports, data quality, SOQL, and Data Loader.
• Ability to produce actionable reporting and dashboards for operational and leadership stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Exposure to Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development tools.
• Experience operating within regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with basic web technologies such as HTML and CSS Responsibilities:
• Drive the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the Salesforce platform, ensuring solutions remain scalable and aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day platform administration, including user management, permissions, configuration changes, and support activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Deliver platform improvements and smaller-scale projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery and design through to testing and go-live.
• Develop and maintain automation, reporting, dashboards, and integrations that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Take ownership of more complex support issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout.
• Contribute to backlog management, helping prioritise demand based on business value, effort, and dependencies.
• Produce and maintain clear documentation covering processes, configurations, and governance standards.
