The Senior Competitive Intelligence Manager will build and run PagerDuty’s competitive intelligence program that serves as the internal authority on competitive dynamics, equipping sales teams with sharp differentiation, timely insights and effective strategies to win. You will report directly to the Senior Director of PMM Operations and will partner tightly with product marketing, product management, marketing, field enablement and sellers. Key Responsibilities Define, execute, optimize the competitive intelligence program through feedback and engagement with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the field. Equip sales team with key positioning and messaging - via battlecards, bulletins, internal training and enablement - to successfully navigate competitor activity as part of the sales process Uncover competitive differentiation and have thorough knowledge of Win/Loss and competi
