RESPONSIBILITIES Module: SAP Business Intelligence Responsibilities: Responsible for techno-functional development and support of SAP BW/BI applications & system Participate in the technical development as per assignments in change request, service request, and defect fixing Perform analysis of business requirements & code programs as per SAP coding standards Manage / coordinate software change & release management as per department's process & procedures.
Develop application documentation and user guides Coordinate & provide user support during user acceptance test and post implementation Provide application production support to business units Collaborate with internal teams or/& vendors on assignments to deliver as per agreed timelines Impact analysis for the change request & enhancements Responsible for BW job monitoring Support month-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely deliver
