Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO - Business Analyst to support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope and objectives for successful delivery Analyze project data and generate actionable insights to support informed decision-making Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment Develop comprehensive documentation including business requirements and process flows to guide project execution Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics to track success and identify risks Support project governance by assisting in planning, tracking, and reporting activities to maintain project control Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to enhance project outcomes Manage records and documentation, preferably using the Newgen platform , to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Apply knowledge of Azure Cloud technologies to support project requirements and integration efforts Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of project management methodologies to enhance project execution Agile certification as an additional advantage to support agile project environments Experience working in the GCC considered an additional advantage
