Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant (s) who thrives in a fast-paced industry. The ideal candidate is dedicated, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is capable of managing multiple tasks with precision. This role requires a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while contributing to the team’s overall success. Ideally with specialization across - Procurement & supply chain, Legal, HR, Tech sales. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end tech recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, for mid-to-senior level roles in technical / specialised fields. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. • Source and engage top talent using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the right fit for client organizations. • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database. • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team when needed. Requirements: • 3 to 10 years of experience in recruitment consulting firms with prior experience in related specialisations. • Prior experience in business development or a strong willingness to learn about it. • Strong ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise tasks effectively. • Maintains an optimistic attitude, embraces challenges, and finds solutions in fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior professionals. • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and committed to delivering quality results. • Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
