What you’ll do Responsibilities Develop and manage platforms and solutions to minimize financial and regulatory risk while maintaining excellent user experience; Transform business challenges into scalable and effective engineering solutions; Partner with diverse stakeholders, including engineering, product, policy, legal, operations, and data science teams; Diagnose and resolve production issues across various services and throughout the tech stack; Enhance engineering standards, improve tooling, and optimize processes; Proactively identify, analyze, and swiftly mitigate emerging risk patterns. Who you are Minimum requirements Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related followed by 2 years of Software Engineering experience. Position also requires the following: 2 years of experience developing software solutions using Python, Java or Ruby; 2 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems; 2 years of experience translating business requirements into tangible software requirements and system designs; 2 years of experience identifying and resolving production issues that span multiple services and s
