Senior Operations Manager (Horticulture/ Landscape Maintenance)

• Position : Senior Operations Manager (Horticulture/ Landscape Maintenance) • Location : WEST/ Islandwide • Working hours : 5 days a week - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday) • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $10000 + Performance Bonus + Transport allowance (If required to travel) • Duration : Permanent • Industry : Landscape Architecture Main Responsibilities: • Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites • Lead supervisors, arborists and ground staff; plan manpower & schedules • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards • Conduct site inspections and implement process improvements • Manage clients, resolve issues and maintain service satisfaction • Control costs, resources, procurement and equipment usage • Ensure compliance with WSH, environmental and industry regulations • Track KPIs, prepare reports and support tenders with Sales Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Construction or related • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills • Able to multi-site manage in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of safety compliance and SOP implementation #J-18808-Ljbffr
