※このポジションの勤務地は東京都大田区です。アマゾンでは日本のAmazon Logistics （AMZL）チームの家具家電配送を行うデリバリーステーション・オペレーションとソートセンターのデュアルオペレーションセンターのマネージャーを募集しています。AMZLのゴールはお客様に荷物をお届けする物流の最後の区間、ラストマイルにおいて、世界水準のオペレーションを構築することです。アマゾンではお客様により速く、正確に、そして効果的な方法でお届けすることで、お客様の期待を上回るサービスを提供することに重点的に取り組んでおり、日本でもAMZLが急速に拡大しています。オペレーションマネージャーは、出入荷、 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of direct people management experience, including conducting performance reviews and employee development - Hands-on operational experience within the logistics industry, combined with team leadership and people management - Fluency in Japanese and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
