Role Responsible for shaping and delivering products that support the tokenisation of real-world assets and digital asset infrastructure, the Product Manager will define product strategy, translate business and regulatory requirements into product solutions, and drive the successful delivery of product enhancements and new features, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the product roadmap for Libeara's tokenisation platform Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business, client, and regulatory needs Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through launch and ongoing optimisation Prioritise product backlogs and support release planning to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Engage clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key metrics to inform product decisions Stay abreast of developments in blockchain, tokenisation, and digital assets to support product innovation Ensure products meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and security requirements Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Business tea
