We are looking for a thoughtful, high-impact Staff Product Designer to join our Growth Design team. You will help shape how people discover Reddit , convert to app, engage more deeply, and keep coming back.

You will bring clarity to ambiguity, turn big goals into strong design strategy, and operate as a co-architect of the roadmap alongside Product and Engineering.

You will thrive here if you enjoy high-velocity experimentation, can turn complex user behavior into seamless engagement loops, and know how to identify the systems, patterns, and product bets that unlock growth across multiple surfaces and teams.

What you'll do: Lead through ambiguity by turning broad business problems into clear design strategies, phased plans, and actionable scopes across the Growth portfolio. Drive end-to-end growth work not just as a single-feature owner, but as a designer shaping the broader engagement system.

Shape high-visibility experiences across both Reddit -owned and partner surfaces, ensuring Reddit is represented with clarity, quality, and strategic intent.

Use coding tools like Cursor or similar environments to build high-fidelity, functional prototypes that feel real, use real data, and help de-risk complex ideas before they ship.
