Team The Custody & Principal Broking team serves as the backbone of Raisin Bank’s Digital Wealth Management (DWM) division, providing the secure, scalable foundation essential for retail investing. We manage the complex infrastructure, from securities trading mechanics to outsourcing oversight that ensures operational resilience and regulatory compliance. As our retail customer base grows, we are focused on continuous process optimization and high-volume scalability, ensuring our platforms remain reliable, secure, and fully compliant with BaFin standards. We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join this mission. Your Responsibilities Strategic Process Optimization: You will drive the evolution of operational workflows to ensure they are scalable and resilient, directly supporting high-volume retail growth. Operational Controls & Oversight: You will define and execute the
