Head of Solutions Architecture

Responsibilities • Product Strategy & Leadership Own Libeara's product vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs and engineering capacity • Establish product prioritisation, planning processes and governance to drive execution across Product, Engineering and Business Development • Drive product innovation through market insights, customer feedback and emerging technologies • Solution Architecture & Client Solutioning Lead the design of scalable, secure and compliant solutions for clients, partners and strategic initiatives • Solution workshops & client engagements Act as the primary technical partner to the Business Development team, leading solution workshops, technical presentations and client engagements • Architecture standards & technical oversight Define architecture standards and provide technical oversight across platform capabilities, APIs and integrations • Engineering & Technology Leadership Provide architectural direction and technical leadership across the engineering organisation, setting engineering priorities, standards and reliability objectives • Mentorship & external collaboration Mentor Product Managers and engineers, support technical hiring, and work closely with external engineering partners to ensure high-quality delivery • Cross-functional Collaboration Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Compliance and Operations to translate business opportunities into scalable technical solutions • Standardisation Standardise product documentation, solution frameworks and delivery processes while supporting regulatory, security and operational requirements • Strategic Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on product, technology and architecture strategy, balancing commercial priorities with long-term platform scalability and innovation Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline • Extensive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, product management or technology leadership • Proven track record leading cross-functional product and engineering initiatives, preferably within fintech, digital assets, blockchain, enterprise SaaS or financial services • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, APIs and cloud-native technologies • Experience designing scalable, secure and resilient platforms, ideally within regulated environments • Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with commercial objectives and customer needs • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct line management #J-18808-Ljbffr
