What we are looking for in this Operations Manager jobs role • MUST have experience within warehouse operations, industrial distribution or another fast-paced technical distribution environment. • MUST have good English language ability - ideally B1 • Experience managing high-volume operations with thousands of SKUs and safety-critical components. • Proven ability to lead warehouse, logistics, inventory and customer fulfilment operations. • Experience driving continuous improvement, KPIs, operational efficiency and customer service. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop operational teams. • Ambitious - there is genuine opportunity to develop into a more senior leadership role. The business is growing at around 18% per year.
