About the role We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing Pte Ltd in a full-time capacity. Based in the Kaki Bukit East Region, this role offers a strategic position within our marketing and communications team, focused on driving our digital and search marketing initiatives. As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive , you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive measurable business growth across our medical manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search engine marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing • Manage and optimise search engine marketing campaigns (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) initiatives to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic • Create and oversee digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance metrics and optimising for return on investment • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the digital marketing landscape • Lead the development and execution of content marketing strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences • Manage relationships with digital marketing vendors, agencies, and third-party service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost-effectiveness • Analyse digital marketing performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product, sales, and communications teams to ensure alignment and integrated messaging • Mentor and support junior marketing team members, providing guidance on best practices and professional development opportunities • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing and search engine technologies What we're looking for • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or leadership capacity • Demonstrated expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimisation, and paid digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media advertising) • Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation systems • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex metrics into strategic recommendations • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are advantageous • Strategic thinking ability combined with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving mindset • Experience in the medical, healthcare, or manufacturing industries is preferred • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other recognised digital marketing qualifications would be beneficial About us Fei Fah Medical Manufacturing Pte Ltd is a respected player in the medical manufacturing sector, committed to delivering high-quality medical products and solutions to healthcare providers and organisations across the region.
