Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system. Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Plan and conduct EHS training programmes to strengthen workplace safety awareness.
Coordinate workplace safety, health, environmental, and fire safety committee activities. Carry out workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and recommend improvements. Assist in incident investigations and support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
Maintain EHS documentation, legal registers, reports, and regulatory records. Monitor changes in legislation and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a proactive and positive safety culture. Support other EHS initiatives and projects as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline and above . Valid MOM-recognised WSH Level C certification. Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety functions will be an advantage.
Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety and environmental regulations is preferred. Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification practices. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
