Product Manager

Our mission is to improve patient outcomes in target markets through innovative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions. Our Venice, Italy area facilities design and develop products used in the diagnosis of these neurological disorders. The Natus the Product Management team is responsible for leading and managing numerous activities for multiple global product lines. This Product Manager role will be responsible leading cross functional teams to manage and grow a current product portfolio, launch new products, and manage the product lifecycle. This role will be responsible for effective managing global product lines by: - Driving successful product launches by developing and monitor go to market strategies - Participating and leading cross-functional product management teams, which include members from R&D, engineering, quality and regulatory affairs, operations, and clinical affairs. These teams evaluate opportunities for new product development and ongoing product improvements - Developing and implementing strategic market plans for assigned using market research and analysis, business case analysis and product forecasting - Monitoring and evaluating voice of the customer input to establish key user requirements - Managing the product life cycle for assigned product(s) - Managing day-to-day operational responsibilities of product line - Supporting the direct sales teams and distribution sales channels as applicable - Create necessary sales and marketing announcements and product support documentation - Supporting the Natus quality management system **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree - MBA preferred - Minimum 3 to 5 years of Product Management or Clinical Experience in Medical Devices, with a preference for experience in Neurology - 25% to 30% travel, mainly in Europe - English speaker LI-SH1
