Job Description

This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across the Group and business units, maintaining financial models to support revenue, cost, margin and cashflow projections, and monitoring forecast accuracy. You will analyse performance against budget, prior year and strategic targets, prepare reporting packs, and identify key revenue drivers, cost trends, margin movements, working capital issues and business risks. You will partner with business heads and operational leaders to understand business performance and financial drivers, support on contract profitability, margin improvement, pricing, resource deployment, and cost control, and translate financial results into practical commercial insights for management action. You will develop and maintain Group and business unit KPI dashboards and performance measurement frameworks, track financial and operating indicators, and support Finance integration and transformation initiatives across the Group. Key responsibilities • Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the Group and business units • Maintain financial models to support revenue, cost, margin and cashflow projections • Monitor forecast accuracy, highlight and report key variances and corrective actions • Analyse performance against budget, prior year and strategic targets, and prepare reporting packs • Identify key revenue drivers, cost trends, margin movements, working capital issues and business risks • Provide concise commentary and insights to support management review and decision-making • Partner with business heads and operational leaders to understand business performance and financial drivers • Support on contract profitability, margin improvement, pricing, resource deployment, and cost control • Develop and maintain Group and business unit KPI dashboards and performance measurement frameworks • Prepare financial analyses or build financial business cases for management review and approvals About you • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline • CA (Singapore), ACCA, CFA or relevant professional qualification preferred • 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management reporting, transaction advisory or audit • Real estate services, incl. property / facilities management, construction, or related industries preferred • Strong Excel, financial modelling, budgeting and variance analysis skills • Power BI or similar dashboarding capability preferred; D365 experience would be advantageous • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ability to convert financial data into clear management insights • Commercially minded, independent and able to challenge assumptions constructively • Confident communicator who can work with finance, operations and senior stakeholders across the Group #J-18808-Ljbffr
