Job Description
Seeking Business Analysts with 6+ years of experience in Banking & Financial Services. Candidates should possess strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery skills, along with experience in Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs.
The role involves gathering requirements, facilitating business-technology collaboration, supporting UAT, and ensuring successful project delivery. Knowledge in AI initiatives is highly preferred.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and data requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to support solution design and implementation. Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives, requirements, and delivery expectations.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, requirements walkthroughs, and impact assessments across multiple business functions. Support Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives by identifying business opportunities, process improvements, and data-driven solutions.
Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring changes are assessed, documented, and communicated effectively. Partner with Agile delivery teams during sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and release activities.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, defect management, and business sign-off. Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure successful solution delivery by validating that implemented solutions meet business requirements, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations.
Skills Required
