Responsibilities • Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements across various service lines and niches mainly focused on agriculture, agribusiness and other related industry bodies and associations, with a dynamic team of financial and agricultural professionals • Develop financial models, feasibility assessments, operational reviews, , and other forms of financial analysis and farm management consulting • Develop engagement plans and coordinate logistics with clients and other stakeholders • Work directly with clients to develop positive working relationships • Conduct research, data collection and client interviews. • Plan and collect financial and other business information through interaction with clients and analysis of their reports and other information • Perform in-depth financial analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop • Design and I develop high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary Skills and Experience • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, consulting, banking, or business advisory background (preferred) • Post-secondary education in agriculture, commerce, business, economics, finance or accounting • Strong financial literacy and understanding of financial statements • Experience building and maintaining financial models • Experience working within the agricultural industry considered an asset • Strong written and verbal communication skills MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
