Job Description
Become a part of our caring community This is a remote position. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional product initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals.
You will oversee enhancements and integrations that advance clinical care management and enterprise technology solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and collaborate across clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture.
Acting as a liaison between business and technology teams, you will support transformation efforts, improve operational reliability, and partner with Agile teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvement. You will report to an Associate Director.
Responsibilities
Plan and manage product enhancements that support clinical care management and business operations. Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans.
Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations that support informed business decisions.
Prepare clear project updates, status reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders. Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and the customer experience. Collaborate with technology partners to support product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution.
Assist with planning for new products, business initiatives, and operational improvements. Support product adoption by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and validating business outcomes. Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement across product initiatives.
