Product & Data Coordinator

In this role, you will be supporting our National Merchandise Manager, Furniture Product and Supply Chain Manager, Bedding Category Manager and Merchandise Support Coordinator, by ensuring that all product-related tasks run smoothly across the business. You’ll play a vital role in product lifecycle management, from initial pricing and stock availability, all while contributing to the seamless operation of our ever-growing e-commerce platform. What You’ll Be Doing: • Product & Pricing Management: Ensure that all product information, including pricing, stock availability, and descriptions is accurate and up to date for Franchisees and store staff to select, buy, and sell. • Campaign & Promotion Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all products are priced and prepared for upcoming promotional campaigns. • E-commerce Coordination: Play a key role in managing the product presence on our Bedshed website. Ensure the product listings are complete, priced correctly, and feature high-quality imagery to create a smooth online shopping experience. • Internal & External Communication: Serve as the point of contact between internal teams, Franchisees, store owners, and external suppliers. • Support for Stores: Work closely with stores to ensure they have everything they need to confidently quote and sell products including troubleshooting any queries. • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Franchisees, store staff, external suppliers (local and overseas) and internal teams. Core Skills: • Excel Proficiency: You have strong working skills with Excel, from basic functions to more complex tasks. • Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, which you’ll use when answering store queries, writing internal updates, and liaising with suppliers and teams. • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical, especially when managing product data, pricing, promotions, and ticketing. • Time Management: You’re driven to meet deadlines and keep projects on track, while also helping to keep your team accountable. • Multitasking: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality or detail. Desirable Interests: • A passion for retail and understanding the product lifecycle . • A keen interest in e-commerce and systems that support the retail experience.
