BUSINESS PROCESS TRANSFORMATION INTERN
(Human Resource & Business Operations)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical intern to support Business Process Transformation initiatives across both HR and Business Operations functions. This role offers exposure to regional transformation projects, process improvement initiatives , digitalization efforts , and data-driven decision making within an APAC IT business environment .
The intern will work closely with HR Business Partners, Business Operations, and functional stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities , streamline workflows , support documentation , and contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Support review and analysis of existing business and HR processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Assist in process mapping, workflow documentation, SOP creation, and standardization initiatives
• Support data consolidation , reporting , and analysis to enable data-driven decision making
• Assist in developing dashboards, trackers, and presentation materials for transformation projects
• Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and operational insights
• Support meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up tracking
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business , Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines
• For Business/Finance-related disciplines, exposure to modules related to Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Process Improvement, or Operations Management is preferred
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to review and improve business or HR processes
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting materials
• Ability to map , document , and analyze workflows and operational processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Self-driven, proactive , and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
• Energetic, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Curious mindset with interest in business transformation and process improvement
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
