Read about us here: Bloomberg | Hedge Fund Arrowpoint Grows to $1.1 Billion After November Ga Bloomberg | Hedge Fund Arrowpoint Lures CPPIB, Temasek Unit as Anchors --- Key Responsibilities • Assisting with the daily trade capture, reconciliation, and asset servicing processes across various asset classes, as well as counterparty onboarding/KYC processes • Collaborating with the wider Platform team and Technology teams to identify and contribute to the development of operational process improvements, including building tactical tools • Supporting the preparation of daily/weekly operational reports, data analysis for trends, and ad-hoc project tasks • Gaining exposure to risk management and compliance processes by assisting with operational control checks and documentation updates Qualifications & Requirements • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset, with an interest in trade lifecycle and operations within a hedge fund environment • Basic understanding of financial markets and trade lifecycle processes • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python/VBA is a plus • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Technology, Risk, Compliance • Strong interest in operations, process improvement, and financial services
