Job Description
The Role
This newly created role supports a national events function responsible for delivering premium corporate events, workplace experiences and stakeholder-level activations. As Events Executive, you’ll work closely with the senior events lead to plan, manage and execute events end-to-end = from concept through to onsite delivery.
Your work will contribute directly to creating a connected, vibrant workplace culture, elevating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring every activation is delivered with precision, warmth and brand consistency. You’ll be hands-on across logistics, supplier management, documentation, guest communications and onsite execution. This is a role for someone who thrives in a polished, fast-moving corporate environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage and execute in-person and virtual events, from approved concept through to onsite delivery
• Lead supplier engagement and management (venues, AV, catering, décor, entertainment, transport, signage and more)
• Coordinate detailed event documentation, production schedules, operational materials and stakeholder comms
• Support workplace activations and internal cultural events in partnership with People and Workplace teams
• Manage guest lists, RSVP tracking, invitations and event communications using internal systems
• Contribute to creative ideation, ensuring continuous improvement and innovative thinking in event design
• Deliver strong brand execution across all events and touchpoints
• Coordinate budgets, contracts, risk assessments, OH&S requirements and event compliance The Candidate
You’re a polished, organised and creative event professional with experience delivering high-quality corporate or agency events. You thrive in high-paced environments and balance stakeholder management with exceptional attention to detail.
• 5+ years’ experience in corporate events, in-house events, agency or hospitality venue coordination
• Highly organised, methodical and detail-focused
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with confidence working across senior teams
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh thinking to events
• Resilient, proactive and comfortable managing shifting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with virtual and digital event platforms is highly regarded
• A solutions-focused, collaborative operator who takes ownership and delivers with excellence
Salary & Benefits
• $95K-$105K plus super + bonus (negotiable for the right candidate)
