Senior Project Engineer (electrical)

Job responsibilities • Coordination of M&E services with other Architectural / Consultant work include M&E domestic subcontract work and all necessary building and structure works • Design Electrical System, Drafting for Lighting, Power, Piping Layout, Tray & Trucking and Single Line Diagram • Calculation Load & Estimating for Electrical requirement materials • Estimating the B.O.Q of installation materials for Project and Calculator of the Material and Labour Cost • Job site visiting. • Responsible for taking-offs, filing variations, conducting measurements. • Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients ; sub-contractors. • Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters. • Site work co-ordination with client, suppliers & subcontractors. • Prepare monthly progress report and technical proposals. • Plan the construction operations according to Project Management Plan. • Conduct inspections and checking on site works. • Attend site meetings. • Good Skill in using of AutoCAD. • Ability to learn and adapt new procedures quickly. • Can work independently as well and accomplish reports in time even under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
