Role Description The Financial Analyst (Analista Financeiro) is a full-time, on-site role based in São Paulo, SP. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting financial planning and budgeting activities. The professional will assist in financial feasibility studies for green and brown field projects mainly related to real state investment, monitor key performance indicators, and provide insights to improve financial performance and support strategic decisions. Daily tasks include preparing analytical reports, ensuring data and information accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards, The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and effective communication with decision making directors. Qualifications • Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities. • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, analysis, and interpretation of key reports. • Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights. • Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices in corporate finance. • Experience with Excel and financial analysis tools; • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable • Ability to work on-site in São Paulo, SP, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a consulting environment. • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to present findings to clients and team members.
