Job Description

- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - 5+ years of human resources experience or a mix of equivalent experiences (e. g. , operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
- Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions - Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management
