Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our project team and play a key role in maintaining system stability while driving continuous improvement through enhancements. You'll work closely with clients, development teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver quality solutions that meet business needs.

You'll be a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly while helping them evolve and improve. Your work will directly impact service quality, user satisfaction and the success of our project delivery.

Responsibilities

Operations &Production Support ü Provide maintenance and production support for assigned systems, including after-office hours support during peak periods ü Manage and track operational and production tasks to ensure timely delivery ü Respond to user queries and change requests promptly and professionally ü Collaborate with local, offshore, and facility management teams to resolve issues ü Perform system patches and upgrades as required ü Analyse, classify, and perform impact assessments on issues, queries and user requests ü Lead root cause investigations and implement workarounds or fixes ü Track all requests and issues through to closure, ensuring adherence to SLAs ü Validate that fixes are thoroughly tested before production rollout ü Maintain accurate configuration management records (hardware, software, documentation, etc) ü Prepare documentation and support other project activities as needed Enhancement &Development Activities ü Work with clients, team members, and developers throughout the full enhancement lifecycle: requirement gathering, development, SIT, UAT preparation and support, implementation, and documentation ü Identify and analyse stakeholders; prepare and lead requirement gathering sessions ü Gather, analyse, and formalise user business processes and requirements ü Document functional and non-functional specifications ü Create screen mockups and prototypes to validate requirements and scope ü Analyse i
