Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment, liquidity, and cash management initiatives. • Work closely with business users, operations, and technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. • Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments for new enhancements and regulatory changes. • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process flows, and user stories. • Support system integration projects involving SWIFT messaging , payment processing, liquidity reporting, or cash management platforms. • Write and execute complex SQL scripts for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and production issue analysis. • Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production implementation activities. • Analyze payment transaction flows and investigate production issues by working with development and support teams. • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthrough sessions. • Ensure solutions comply with banking standards, operational controls, and regulatory requirements. • Support production releases, change requests, and post-implementation reviews. Requirements • 6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services. • Strong domain experience in SWIFT Payments or Liquidity Management , or Cash Management . • Strong SQL scripting experience (Mandatory) for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. • Experience preparing BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation. • Experience in SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support. • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
