Regional Talent Management Specialist

A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Regional Talent Management Specialist position based in Singapore. Job Responsibilities: • Support and execute global talent programs including Talent Review, Calibration, Rotation, Succession Planning, and career development initiatives. • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen talent pipelines and improve succession planning processes at all levels. • Collaborate on automation and dashboarding projects to enhance efficiency in talent management. • Contribute to HR transformation projects such as competency frameworks and succession planning methodologies. • Work closely with global HR teams and regional offices to deliver integrated talent, career mobility, and development initiatives. • Support learning and engagement programs through the organization’s academy and other development platforms. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. • 4–5 years of direct experience in Talent Management • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across diverse backgrounds. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. • Detail‑oriented, meticulous, and comfortable working across functions and levels.
