Lead Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to shape the technology behind our next generation of digital products while elevating the systems that support our business today.

You will combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, taking ideas from concept to production and setting the standards that guide how we build. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, improve engineering practices and create products with a meaningful impact on the business.

Our core stack includes Vue 3, TypeScript, AWS CDK, DynamoDB, SQL databases and serverless AWS services. What You Will Lead · Lead the design, development and delivery of high-impact products and features from concept to production.

· Modernise and strengthen existing applications to improve their performance, reliability and long-term value. · Build frontend applications using Vue 3 and TypeScript. · Develop backend services and APIs using AWS serverless technologies. · Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK.

· Design scalable data models using DynamoDB and SQL databases. · Define technical standards, development practices and architecture principles that enable the team to build with confidence. · Raise engineering quality through thoughtful code reviews, technical guidance and mentoring.

· Improve system reliability, security, monitoring and performance. · Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions. · Partner with business stakeholders to turn real operational needs into effective, scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

· 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. · Demonstrated experience leading technical projects, making architectural decisions or mentoring engineers. · Strong experience in full-stack software development. · Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
