HR Transformation Manager (Insurance, 12-month Renewable Contract)

An established global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support a large-scale people transformation programme. This role combines HR operations, project management and stakeholder engagement, offering exposure to a high-impact business initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the HR operations workstream for a major transformation project, ensuring key milestones are delivered on time. Coordinate employee movement activities, including data validation, documentation, HR system updates and operational readiness.

Partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Legal, Risk and business stakeholders to drive seamless project execution. Prepare governance reports, track project risks and support leadership updates. Ensure HR processes comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or Employee Lifecycle Management within the Insurance industry Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday or ServiceNow is advantageous.
