Job Description

Location: Asia Square Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830 - 5 Salary: Up to $12000 + 1 month bonus Job Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end annual compensation review cycle across APAC, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and post-cycle review. • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and governance to ensure successful delivery. • Gather business requirements and oversee the design, configuration, testing (UAT), and implementation of the HRSoft compensation system. • Define system processes, data flow, validation rules, and ensure data integrity and calculation accuracy. • Partner with APAC countries to consolidate compensation policies, regulatory requirements, and approval workflows. • Manage the HRSoft vendor relationship, including system enhancements, issue resolution, dashboards, and reporting. • Support HRSoft integration with the future HRIS system, representing APAC Rewards requirements. • Collaborate with Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and HR stakeholders across multiple countries. • Drive change management by standardising compensation processes and supporting country-level implementation and adoption. Job Requirements: • Has experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with a strong focus on compensation system management and project leadership. • Demonstrated proficiency with compensation technology platforms (e.g., HRSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar) is a pre-requisite, including experience in system design, configuration, testing and reporting. • Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex projects related to annual compensation cycles or HR technology implementation, ideally within a regional or multi-country APAC environment. • Experience working as a third-party contractor or consultant in a similar a capacity is preferred; this is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months. #J-18808-Ljbffr
